You have an excellent command of Dutch, French and English (able to work, write and communicate in this three languages). A minimum of 2 years experience working in a (Belgian or international) law firm is required. Experience in the Employment Law (individual and collective labour law), both in an advisory capacity and as a litigator are assets. You must also share our values and our passion to face challenging issues in a creative way, favouring innovation and with a personal approach towards the client. Although part of a team, you will be independently motivated and we will assist you to develop your own future within FLINN.
